I'm an operations person. I help owners develop processes and document those processes so it's easier to train employees and allow them to scale and grow. Examples include: Policies for handbooks, choosing what payroll system would be best for them, creating spreadsheets to track supplies, budgets to track expenses, setting up new booking systems, hiring employees and onboarding them. Just to name a few. Every small business has its own unique needs, so I can come up with a plan that suits you and your business.

Every small business has a different need. I can work as a "price per project" or you can contract a certain amount of hours per month.
